Privacy Statement
Any personal data requested is collected solely for the purpose of your interest and involvement with AboutFACE Ireland. Data such as your name, contact details, age and gender will be used for statistical analysis and to contact you about programmes and projects you have requested information on.
Your personal data will only be shared with those who need to know it, and only disclosed to a third party in the case of an emergency such as if you become ill or have an accident that requires medical attention or if you have signed up to receive updates via our e-news (MailChimp is the service used to send our e-news).
Images including video will be collected for the purpose of promotion and archival purposes. Images will be managed safely in-line with our Use of Images Policy.
AboutFACE Ireland will retain personal data on file for the duration of your involvement/interest with/in AboutFACE Ireland (excepting play submission titles which are retained permanently or until such time as the NEWvember Festival disbands) at the conclusion of which it will be destroyed.
Personal data in the form of photographic images and video will be retained permanently or until such time they become obsolete for the purpose of promoting and documenting the activities of AboutFACE Ireland/NEWvember.
